About the role

UKPC wishes to hire a project lead who will provide leadership, strategic direction, and coordination in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated KP Information System (IKIS), ensuring the project meets its objectives while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Education Requirements

a) Educational Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Management, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or a related field.
A Master’s degree and Project planning certification will be an added advantage.

b) Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in data system projects or health-related initiatives.
Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams, competent in administration, computer programming and systems, data analysis and Monitoring and Evaluation.

Language requirements

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Fluency in one or more commonly spoken Ugandan vernacular languages is a plus.
