Geoffrey holds a Masters of Philosophy in Human Rights and Democratization in Africa (MPhil HRDA) degree from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, a Bachelor of Adult and Community Education (BACE) Cum Laude from Makerere University Uganda and a Diploma in Education from Kyambogo University Uganda. He is overseeing the Free To Be Me programme in Uganda that is sub granting to LGBTIQ+ organizations and is headed by UKPC.
He is a seasoned queer activist and programmer with a vast working experience ranging from university departments and affiliated human rights organisations in Uganda and South Africa.
