As the Director of Programs, you will be part of UKPC’s Senior Management Team and responsible for UKPC’s programmatic decisions. You will lead, develop and manage the programs team to achieve the aspirations of UKPC through Programme Development, effective coordination, consolidation, technical support and guidance by ensuring a cohesive team spirit and motivation to perform.

As the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at UKPC, you will be the cornerstone of our project evaluation framework, ensuring that all programs under your oversight are accurately assessed and aligned with our strategic goals. Your primary responsibilities will involve the end-to-end management of the monitoring and evaluation system.

As the Finance & Grants Officer at UKPC, you will hold a pivotal role in the financial management and oversight of our projects and programs. You are entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of all financial aspects, ensuring strict compliance with both local and international regulatory standards, including those set by donors.

As a Driver at UKPC, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our projects by providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services. Your responsibilities will encompass driving project staff and visitors to various destinations, ensuring strict adherence to local traffic regulations, and maintaining the organisation’s vehicle(s) in optimal condition.
