Our Theory of Change
IF Key Populations are united and have knowledge AND; commit to co-creation of collective space to advance their rights; AND policy makers take action to recognise human rights of KPs as a result of strong and autonomous KP communities holding them to account; THEN, KPs will be able to demand for non-discriminatory laws and be empowered to mobilize and work deliberately with policy makers, partners, donors, health and legal service providers for full social, political, legal and economic inclusion in society; BECAUSE creation of a pool of KP advocates that engage policy makers, partners, societal actors and donors is a critical component for achieving healthy lives and socio-economic wellbeing, inclusion and justice.
