PITCH provided crucial support to UKPC, focusing on empowering marginalized communities to effect change in the services, laws, policies, practices, and mindsets that impact their daily lives. This support was aimed at addressing the root causes of marginalization and ensuring that vulnerable communities had a voice in shaping their own futures. By empowering key populations and building their capacity to advocate for themselves, PITCH and UKPC were able to effect meaningful change and help to create a more inclusive and equitable society for all.
