For close to four (4) months now, Uganda Key Populations Consortium (UKPC) has been in the process
of developing an Operation Framework that will streamline the operations of the organization. To achieve
this, a consultant was hired to oversee the process and as a result, conducted interviews with selected
organizations that led to the first sharing of the draft on September 10th, 2020 with the UKPC Steering
Committee members where feedback was provided.

The meeting was hosted by Sexual Minorities Uganda at the Hilton Garden Inn,
Kamwokya Kampala. It was agreed upon that UKPC should influence the activities of KPIF in their second year of operation and a KPIF Meeting was put into a plan with the leaders tasked to use the following pointers in arranged for it.
